Scheduling an appointment
By Mobile :
Once a referral from your GP is received a pharmacist will try to call you or leave a message on your mobile.
You will be offered an appointment that suits your needs.
Cancelling appointments:
Please call me or send me a message 24 hours before our scheduled appointment.
Getting ready for your interview:
Please have your medications handy as I will be asking you questions about the.
Please have all of your medications ready (medication packs, Inhalers, patches, injections, webster packs).
